Look for a much drier weather pattern to settle in for the next week or so. High pressure will build in from the west and dominate the atmosphere right into next week. This will do a couple of things. Bring stability to the atmosphere and that mean very little chance of rain. It will also bring a return of southeast winds off the Gulf of Mexico to the region. This will put additional moisture into the air and keep dewpoints in the 60s. Now, that means warmer mornings and partly cloudy warm afternoons. Overall we will see a pleasant end to the week and weekend with temperatures running about normal for this time of the year.
